It all started with a calendar and a camera...
Photography has been a passion of mine since I was a young teenager. I got my start by posing my younger brothers and sisters in our backyard, snapping photos with whatever camera I could get my hands on. That first homemade calendar, gifted to our mom, was the beginning of something much bigger than I ever imagined. That little spark turned into a career when I joined a portrait studio, where I spent 9 years learning the ins and outs of professional photography. Every bit of my training came from hands-on experience during those years.
When the studio closed its doors due to bankruptcy, I knew it was time to take a leap of faith—and I started my own photography business—and I haven’t looked back since.
What I love most about what I do is capturing those genuine, special moments and building connections with my clients. I'm a bit of a goofball (in the best way!), and that playful energy helps everyone feel at ease in front of the camera. That’s when the real smiles come out—and that’s when the magic happens.
